Operations Assistant Manager

Position Level Manager Requirements Responsibilities Supervise and ensure smooth daily F&B floor operations. Oversee staff during service, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality. Assist with opening/closing procedures. Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring. Train and guide service staff in SOPs, hospitality standards, and product knowledge. Motivate team and help resolve internal issues professionally. Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience. Monitor stock levels for beverages, disposables, and service items. Assist in placing orders and receiving deliveries. Support marketing campaigns and seasonal menu promotions. Upsell menu items and encourage team to meet sales targets. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards (e.g. food handling, sanitization). Comply with local health regulations and company policies. Assist the F&B Manager with reports, documentation, and shift handovers. Help in budgeting, cost control, and service improvement planning. Qualification Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
